  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before large withdrawals or in cases of any suspicious activity.

  • Using the same bonus more than once or collecting bonuses across multiple accounts is not permitted.
  • If a bet is placed using bonus balance and results in a win, those winnings also cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
